Moon worship is a very ancient custom in China, and mooncakes were the ancient mid-autumn

offerings to worship the moon god, as well as the seasonal food for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

In ancient times, moon sacrifice was held every mid-autumn night. A large incense table was set

up with moon cakes, fruits and other offerings. Under the moon, the statue of the moon god was

placed in the direction of the moon, red candles were lit high, and the whole family worshipped

the moon in turn, and then the housewife cut the mooncake for reunion.

After the Yuan and Ming dynasties, the Mid-Autumn Festival to eat mooncakes, mooncake gift

modern times, moon cakes in the quality, varieties have new developments. Raw materials,
